Is it really difficult to get a job or we made it difficult for us . Ask yourself?? twice
This is the first question which you have to faced your own , whenever you sit for an interview . The college life is mixture of feelings . When the college begins it start with a new spirit but as the time passes . We meet different kind of experiences in our life . Some are enjoyable and some are nightmare. But everyone has his or her own experience.
Oops I am getting out of the topic . I started this post with a line so let me answer this first . Firstly taking a job in today scenario is very very easy task . The only thing which you have is patience . Yeah its not the hard work or the knowledge which can get you a job . There will be scenario which you will see when the low scoring classmate of yours may get a job and you still may be a jobless. And the coin can turn and opposite side also possible .
The second thing is luck . Yeah it depends upon your fate . No matter how well you give the interview there are chances that you might not get selected. Either you may be get screwed by most difficult question or you might be lucky that interviewer can ask only your basic details and you are in .
But the thing is that , I am not focusing that you stop studying and leave all upon the luck . You must do your side work rest you leave upon the fate . But the question is when . When a student join a college the first desire he/she have is to get a gf/bf , some student have desire to be on the top of rank list and some who just want to enjoy the college life. College life is mixture of feeling , there will be situation which you want back in your life . At the same time there are situation which you never want to recall.
In starting very few student thin about the job . But once the final year enters the real game start . First pressure is to clear all the papers so that you can sit for the placement . Second pressure comes from the parents that keep disturbing you . And the inner soul also tells what you want . You started getting fearing due to all of these factors.
Then you start preparing for the placement . The worst part is that when you don't have 60% in you plus 2 and class x . That time you think of two things , why couldn't i studied at that time and the next thing why did i took the admission in the college. But its life you can t reverse it . You to accept the things . Then the aptitude . This really kills people . You don't understand why the hell aptitude is taken if we need a job .Why the company cant ask the technical things which we were thought in the entire course. You try hard . But the result is fail . Some student who has did hard-work in lower class they easily clear the aptitude and their friends who just cheat and clear the aptitude. If you lucky enough to not face the group discussion round then you will be lucky to get the job.
When the first company placement result get out .There might be happiness on some faces, but that creates lot of pains in other. Even though your best friend get a job and you dint . Then we start getting scared. Here start the beginning of fear. The next round which is most difficult in job process is group discussion , it look to be an easy task , but during the selection process, even the easiest topic will be hard. You have to keep practicing . Communication skill is the most important thing in a student Basically that is the first impression.
Don't get discourage keep patience and start doing . If you are in the final year give your best and try as much as you can . No matter where ever you start from , but at least start and keep practicing. you will definitely land up into a good place in future . The task of getting a job is very easy , So before telling the interview was difficult ask yourself is the really getting a job is difficult . I am sure you will definitely get the answer.
